Q. What can be private labeled?
A. GEMINI can private label most any nutritional supplement. We can also private label custom formulations.
Q. How much does private labeling cost?
A. Custom-formulation pricing ranges upon the customer's requests such as specialty bottles and ingredients, while we are more flexible with our Stock Items.
Q. What does the final price include?
A.GEMINI'S final price will include the supplement, bottle, cap, liner, seal, label application, box and packaging. You may either provide GEMINI with your label, which we will apply at no additional charge, or when required by the customer GEMINI will have your custom label designed and printed at cost from one of our label suppliers.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. It ordinarily takes no longer then one to two weeks for in-stock items and three to five weeks to complete custom-formulation orders.
Q. How long will it take to receive a re-order?
A: It ordinarily takes one to two weeks for in-stock items and two-three weeks to complete custom-formulation orders.
Q. What is the minimum order?
A. Gemini requires 250,000 tablet/capsule per order. We require a 2,500 to 5,000-bottle minimum for custom orders.
Q. What do I need to do to get started?
A. Please fill out to the best of your ability our quote page. If you are custom formulating, please provide us with your formula, and/or we can help formulate the product for you.
Q. Who can I call for additional help?

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, we distribute products all over the world, and ship our products throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia and over 85 countries.
Q. What type of payments do you accept?
A. We accept American Express as well as wire transfers or cashiers check/money orders.
Q. What are your payment terms?
A. FOB, NY USA, with 50% deposit with the purchase order, and 50% upon Proof of Shipment.
Q. Are you registered with any government agencies?
A. Gemini is registered with the FDA, DHEA, and NNFA
Q. I have a formula in mind. Can you manufacture a supplement using my formula?
A. Yes. Depending on the net weight of your active ingredients, we will advise whether the dosage form should be a two-piece capsule or tablet.
Q. Who are your customers?
A. We pride ourselves on our quality and our discretion. We do not disclose our client list. However, our clients range from national customers, international marketers and regional retail stores to domestic distributors, multi-level markers to catalog companies.
Q. Can you formulate a product?
A. Are in house Research and Development Department can help you choose from one of our many in house formulations or can help you develop your own with our vast experience and knowledge of the market.
ORDERING INFORMATION
Here's how to order private label, bulk or wholesale health and nutritional supplements from GEMINI:
TIMELINE: First determine when you need to receive your completed product. GEMINI offers a quick turnaround, averaging two to three weeks for in-stock items, and four to six weeks for custom formulations.
PRODUCT SELECTION: Next, select your products. Choose a custom formulation and provide the list of ingredients. Or select an item from the GEMINI private label or bulk product lines.
QUANTITY: Next, determine the quantity of your order
PRICING: Because we are the manufacturer, GEMINI offers you prices that are lower than manufacturers' factory-direct pricing! This pricing includes the supplement, bottle, cap, liner, seal, label application, box and packaging. Pricing does not include the cost for label printing, because label specifications vary from customer to customer.
LABEL DESIGN: Next, determine your label's design and either supply us your label or we will refer to one of our many designer/printers to create a label for you.
DEPOSIT: After completing and accepting your order a member of the Gemini Staff will go over your order with you in detail to assure everything is in place. At this time we will require a 50% deposit to begin production of your order. Part of this fee includes complete payment for the custom label. Your balance is due when the order is ready to be shipped to you.
